I grew up in a restrictive environment, where dreams felt far away. Leaving that behind at 16, I worked my way through college, determined to be independent. As a single mom to a wonderful son with ASD and epilepsy, life brought me both challenges and growth.
I've been through the grind of trying to make ends meet. MLMs, work from home schemes – you name it, I tried it. But none of them gave me the life I needed for my son's care. Fast forward, I met my husband Zack, who had been diving deep into marketing. When circumstances changed my ability to continue in my career in disability services, I decided to embrace the marketing world.
But here's the twist: Most of what I learned contradicted itself, and I realized many "gurus" were not true agency owners. Despite investing months and trust, savings ran out, and I hit rock bottom. It was a tough lesson, but I picked up the pieces, learned from the true experts, and found my way.
